Diversity & Inclusion
We are committed to building a diverse workforce and creating and maintaining an inclusive working environment.
We are committed to building a diverse workforce and creating and fostering an inclusive working environment.
We follow best practices regarding diverse and inclusive recruitment approaches, provide resources and support for our underrepresented communities, and offer our employees enhanced maternity, paternity, and parental leave.
To further our understanding of DEIB issues and celebrate diversity, we hold several DEIB and cultural events throughout the year.
Given evidence that women are under-represented in the quantum industry, our primary focus is increasing the number of women at Riverlane. Although 30% of our workforce identifies as female - higher than the 26% national average across the UK technology industry – we aim to reach 35% by 2025 through targeted initiatives.
"We believe that diversity drives innovation."
At Riverlane, we strive to create an inclusive work environment and culture where everyone feels valued and respected, a place where everybody belongs and where everyone can be themselves. Only by bringing our whole selves to work can we achieve our best, reach our potential and make quantum computing useful sooner.
